CLI's Lifetime Job Placement Assistance
The purpose of the Rapid-Entry Training Program is getting you started in a new career as quickly as possible. We extend this philosophy even further by providing comprehensive employment placement assistance.

We want you to be the most attractive candidate for available jobs in your area. This means in addition to our training, we also build your professional resume and coach you on interviewing and job retention skills. Most importantly, we take the stress of hunting for open positions off of you, so you can focus solely on your training.
The Job Placement Department works throughout your training, contacting employers in your local area , sending them your resume' and setting up interviews for you. We do this while you are still in school, so you will have options to choose from immediately following completion of the training program.
As part of our Lifetime Job Placement Assistance, we work to get you three (3) solid meetings with potential employers, and graduates generally receive 3 to 6 additional contacts in their local area to get them started.
Graduates are provided with professional copies of their resume', supplementary job search resources, and contact information for companies who may be interested in speaking with you. Our graduates leave CLI with everything they need to interview for and accept a great job in the HVAC/R industry.
And it doesn't end there. Lifetime Job Placement Assistance is just that -- If for any reason our graduates find themselves unemployed, CLI will step up to bat and help them find the next step in their path as an HVAC/R Technician. Always free, and always there for our grads.
